3TI was established in 1997 by three engineers
as an ongoing collaboration among engineering professionals specialized in
structural, infrastructural and architectural design. Their
goal was to create a multi-disciplinary organization driven by passion and
excellence, offering comprehensive engineering and management expertise for
complex urban, regional and environmental development projects. Giovanni Maria
Cepparotti, Alfredo Ingletti and Stefano Luca Possati, the founding partners,
continue to be fully operational in the company today. Alfredo Ingletti, 3TI
PROGETTI Chairman, was named “CEO of the Year Medium Firm” at the 2017 European
CEO Awards organized by ACE, Britain’s leading consultancy and engineering
association, which recognized 3TI “as excellent ambassadors for the
profession”. In 2018, 3TI Progetti appointed ten new partners, 7 women and 3
men, all of whom have worked in the organization for more than 10 years. The
aim is to strengthen the application of employee ownership principles in 3TI,
through ownership of company shares by the people who actively contribute to
the productive life of our company.
