Thanks to the unique orientation of its architecture, the building overlooks the Summer Green Park, opening up the elegant interiors of the residences to panoramic views of the city. Consisting of a series of thin and light blades, it rises up to the sky, consolidating residential areas, public spaces, terraces, and landscape in its design.
Public and private spaces are defined by functional, and at the same time, poetic landscape design based on the historical Hortus Conclusus.
Modular diamond-shaped geometry dominates both the facade and the interior of public areas.
