OFFICE BUILDING - REPUBBLICA 14-16 MILAN

GBPA was commisioned to renovate the facade, main entrance and external areas of the building (from the 60s) located in Piazza della Repubblica, 14/16, Milan.
The type of work include integrated design services (schematic design, design development, construction drawings), construction management and site supervision.
The proposed design intend to change the old facade with a new curtain wall to dramatically improve the building appearance and to increase the energy efficiency of the building. A total re-design of the external green areas, replacement of old finishes and the design of new seating and benches is also required.
The works on the facade and the other areas will take place without disrupting the everyday activities of the actual tenants.
