The redevelopment has foreseen the complete refurbishment of the interior spaces, both from the architectural point of view and from the systems point of view, with the objective of reorganizing the spaces in an organic way in addition to improving the energy performance.
The different work areas have been used to meet the needs of the new Conductors according to the most modern technology and finishing standards for office buildings.
The particular and important architectural language of the facades has been maintained without any substantial changes to the overall architecture of the building but has been enhanced by a radical cleaning of all parts and with the complete refurbishment of the exterior doors.
The building that will host the new headquarters of Ernst & Young has obtained LEED GOLD sustainability certification.
