ENERGY PARK

In Vimercate, historical Italian headquarter of Alcatel Lucent and of other international divisions, the conversion of ex industrial areas gave birth to a new technology and productive park covering about 50,000 sqm of offices (building 3 and 4) and research laboratories.
Strategically located to the great thoroughfares of North, Energy Park occupies a total area of 160,000 square meters and provides, in various stages, a 57,500 square meters edification divided into five new buildings and is about to become a magnet for high technological and innovative companies present in Italy and Milan’s hinterland.
Energy Park has been built according to cutting-edge architectural and technology principles of environmental sustainability and efficient energy consumption.
The complex, already registered in the U.S. Green Building Council, achieved the prestigious LEED certification, a rigorous evaluation system regarding the performance requirements of the “green” buildings.
