Among innovative bioclimatic solutions provided by the project include the "Bioperfectible skin", an industrialized and evolutionary envelope, allowing the facade and the roof of the building to behave like the skin of a living being, reacting on the basis of outside climatic conditions and integrating all the systems of radiation collection and dissipation, taking advantage or protecting from this to get a high inner well-being. This skin has solar thermal collectors and photovoltaic panels.
The first calculations indicate that the building is self-sufficient in 75% of its energy consumption with renewable energy sources, which ranks it among one of the most advanced projects of bioclimatic architecture in Europe.
