Caputo Partnership has been working for the last thirty years in the architec­tural, urban and interior design field. Its activity is mainly oriented on feasibility studies and projects, town planning and architectural planning from preliminary phases throughout the final imple­mentation. We have gained expertise and professional know how thanks to our experi­ence in urban design, park planning, museums, religious buildings, public health and educational projects, commercial and multi-functional buildings, hotels, residential buildings and office centers for public and private entities. Paolo Caputo’s team first considers the location’s historical identity, then ap­plies a methodology aiming at interpreting and increasing its value, focusing on the connection between the new and the pre-existing context. Furthermore, our methodology utilizes the latest and most innovative tech­nologies in order to promote the highest standards of expertise from the environmental and technological points of view. Our expertise is mostly architectural, although the planning phase is always approached from an interdisciplinary perspective, thanks to our well-estab­lished collaborations in the fields of structural and plant engineering and urban law and economics. The team is therefore specially tailored for each project according to clients’ needs and the specific conditions of the project’s planning, designing and execution. We are specialized in tasks related to residential development and urban plan­ning. The results of our research, projects and plans have been published in various books and specialized journals and magazines, and have been exhibited at architectural conferences, exhibitions and seminars in Italy and abroad.
