EX RIO AREA REDEVELOPMENT

A former industrial factory located on the banks of the Oglio river and then converted into a residential complex becomes the occasion to design a system of relationships among architecture, landscape and human wellness.
The visual continuity with the Taxodi park and the Oglio river has get the project lead towards a typology of terraced residences, located along the inferior edge of the lot.
All the apartments overlook the new garden, which will be restored and given back to the city after its recovery.
