The complex is the result of a replacement building, a virtuous process of urban regeneration. It will consist of a 4-storey building with 12 apartments and a variety of shared spaces and services: activities common room, laundry room, music room, crafts room, bicycle area.
The building will be constructed in timber-type Xlam.
