The team lead by Aimaro and Saverio Isola, Flavio Bruna, Andrea Bondonio, Michele Battaggia and Stefano Peyretti, takes up the legacy of the studio Gabetti & Isola, availing itself of dynamic young architects from the most important European Universities and of skilled and experienced specialists from the various fields of architectural design.
Aimaro Isola worked with Roberto Gabetti from 1950 to 2000, throughout one of the most fruitful partnerships in the field of modern and contemporary architecture. Their works have appeared in the main Italian and international reviews and have started, from the well known Bottega d'Erasmo, a considered debate on the relationship between tradition and modernity. From the very beginning all projects have been characterised by the attention on the landscape and on the environment,with consideration to the different project levels.
The experience and the sensitivity matured through the years are reflected today in the planning and the implementation of large areas, in the consulting activity for the design of public infrastructures, in designing city districts and parks, new residential areas,harbours and nautical districts, business headquarters,schools, churches, in restoration projects and in the planning of new buildings within sites of high historical and environmental value, reaching the extent of museum decor and of interior and product design.
