Atelier(s) Alfonso Femia wins a competition for an urban area in La Ciotat

“The project has to be responsible: its role is to compose parts, requalify, organize the entrance of the city by connecting to the new urban projects in progress and creating a public space, a real place of destination. A sequence of thematic strips around a public space which has a variable topography, able to become a place or more places at different moments of the day and the week. The light of the south of France will reaffirm the research on matter between the cement and the reflection of the ceramic designed for this project.”
