Labics was founded in 2002 by Maria Claudia Clemente and Francesco Isidori in Rome, Italy.
The office works internationally at all scales in providing solutions to contemporary architectural and urban issues. A highly collaborative, research-based design method involves clients, stakeholders and various consultants from a wide range of fields from early on in the creative process. The approach towards architecture is very rigorous and based on a dense intertwinining between research, practice and teaching since the very beginning of the each process.
The work of Labics is exhibited and published worldwide and has received numerous national and international awards.
Labics is working in France since 2015, the architect in charge of the french office is Yael Karouby.
