14 Pier Walk is part of the Greenwich Peninsula Masterplan; the building is split to the north in height and provides 7- 8 levels of approximately 26,712 m? (GEA) of accommodation comprising: office accommodation, retail units, associated plant provision, parking and bicycle provision. The project incorporates the Cat B fit-out for TFL for 14 Pier Walk including open-plan office space, flexible meeting areas and a cafe.
The complex is one of the most sustainable commercial buildings in London, having achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’ and set a benchmark for the rest of the masterplan. The building does not only incorporate some of the best green technologies, but is also located just few meters from the Jubilee Line, a bus station, water taxis, and is on the doorstep of the world’s most popular music venue, the 02.
