MINISTRY OF JUSTICE -

The Georgian Ministry of Justice in Batumi is headquartered inside a large building that can be clearly seen from the sea, consisting of a two-storey part intended for the public and a 17-storey tower hosting the archives and the offices of the Ministry employees. Mainly made of concrete, the complex features façades characterised by the rhythmic alternation of empty and full spaces.
