"MIA - LA CASA ITALIANA" NEW RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

General Planning, in collaboration with Studio Asti Architetti, has completed the new residential building in viale Boezio 20, Milan, born after the complete demolition of the historic Hotel Fiera Milano.
The Real Estate operation, called “MIA – La Casa Italiana”, provides the construction of 102 apartments of different types, from two-room apartments to four-room apartments to penthouses.
The building consists of three factory buildings of 11, 8 and 11 levels served by four stairwells. In the 2 basement floors there are the box, the cellars and the technical premises belonging to the building.
From the energy point of view, the building is class A, equipped with a high efficiency geothermal system.
