Located in one of Prague’s most important industrial areas, Forum Karlin reflects Karlin district’s dynamic development. A new addition to a former boilers factory built in 1908 housing “Economia” publishing house newsroom, Forum Karlin provides quality office space and a multipurpose hall for 3000 people. The hall ensures maximum flexibility to accommodate a wide variety of configurations, two galleries and a spacious foyer. The interiors incorporate sound proofing materials throughout to guarantee optimal acoustic performance. The eight-storey building includes generous terraces offering dramatic views of the surrounding and an underground car park for 210 vehicles. The development received the Special Jury Award “Best of Realty 2014 “.
