DUO TOWERS -

Duo is a major urban architectural project encompassing 105.000 m² in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. The Duo project, designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel, consists of two towers, 29 and 39 storeys, as well as many areas open to the public and more than 2.000 m² of green space.
This mixed-use project was selected after a consultation process and a competition held by the City of Paris. It will feature offices, shops, a high-rise luxury hotel, restaurants, a sky bar and an auditorium. Blending perfectly into its environment, Dup will also include a garden open to the public, tree-lined patios and numerous access points to public transportation.
Duo will be built to the highest standards of environmental and energy performance to earn the Effinergie+ label and to obtain HQE Exceptional and LEED Platinum certifications.
Duo represents a creative revolution, with new collaborative spaces (coworking and fablab) designed with occupants’ well-being in mind. It is one of the first French buildings to achieve WELL Core & Shell Certification and offers a full range of amenities accessible through its innovative multidevice app.
