Olalquiaga Arquitectos, with offices in Madrid, is a practice led by Rafael Olalqiaga Soriano, Pablo Olalquiaga Bescos, Alfonso Olalquiaga Bescos. The studio provides architecture, masterplanning and interior design services for both the public and private sectors.
Current projects include two significant public projects won at competition: the future headquarters of the Woman’s Institute and a social housing scheme with 160 residences for young people located in the emblematic Ecobulevar of Vallecas in the outskirts of Madrid.
The practice designs and consults architecture and urban planning projects in Spain and internationally, such as the Playas del Este in La Habana, Cuba, the development of Nuevo Polo complex on the south coast of the state of Sinaola in Mexico, a residential tower in Bucharest, Romania and a residential building in Key Biscayne, Florida.
Olalquiaga Arquitectos has received several prices in international and national competitions.
