Francesco Delogu was born inRome where in 1990 graduated from the University of Rome cum laude, with a thesis research paper on Architecture Composition, advisor C. Dardi. In 1986 he attended to the Pratt Institute’s ‘Summer Course Program’ held by R. Abraham, in New York.
In the same year, he founded with Gaetano Lixi the associate studio ‘Delogu-Lixi’, working in the three seats of Rome, Cagliari and Prague until June 2001.
Between 1990 and 2001, it developed together with the Studio Signorini in Perugia the recuperation and restoration plan for the Antognolla Castle and its natural park, a large tourist complex.
In 2001 Francesco Delogu founded the ‘Delogu Architetti Associati’ in Rome. The studio participates in several competitions, and works on projects of international importance, regarding both interior design and complex structures, thanks to the team’s heterogenous competences.
In the 2002 Eleonora Frattali becames associates o f the office.
In the year 2000, Francesco Delogu was invited to teach at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in New York, and since 2001 he is senior fellow in the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
