The design strategy: mixed usage, energy efficiency and a new form of iconicity.
The Tortona 37 project: a 5 white buildings complex set around a landscaped garden, a "micro-city in the city" covering 25.000 square meters that interprets the area's multi-purpose vocation through low environmental impact architecture.
